PENDING ARRIVAL

PENDING ARRIVAL

The order has not yet arrived at our last mile hub. This status is only applicable for orders where we are handling the last mile only.

PENDING PICKUP

PENDING PICKUP

The order has not yet been picked up from the manufacturer to be shipped to our consolidation hub or our last mile hub. This status is only applicable for orders where we are handling shipment to our last mile hub.

IN TRANSIT

IN TRANSIT

The order has been picked up from the manufacturer and is in transit to either our consolidation hub or our last mile hub. This status is only applicable for orders where we are handling shipment to our last mile hub.

CONSOLIDATED

CONSOLIDATED

All pieces on the order have arrived in our consolidation hub and the delivery is ready to be scheduled.

RECEIVED

RECEIVED

All pieces on the order have arrived in our last mile hub and the delivery is ready to be scheduled.

OUT FOR DELIVERY

OUT FOR DELIVERY

The order is loaded on a home delivery truck and should be delivered to the customer’s home by the end of the day.

DELIVERED

DELIVERED

The order has been successfully delivered to the customer’s home.

DELIVERY FAILED

DELIVERY FAILED

The order was loaded onto a home delivery truck but the delivery was not successful. The customer was not able to accept the delivery because he or she was not available.

DAMAGED

DAMAGED

One or more pieces in the order are damaged and need to be repaired or replaced

REJECTED

REJECTED

The order was taken to the customer’s home but the delivery was not successful. This could be for a few reasons – the order did not fit in the customer’s home, the customer did not like the order and refused it, the customer was not ready to accept the order, among others.

RETURNED

RETURNED

The order has been successfully returned to the manufacturer.
